Benefits of Volunteering in Germany 

Volunteering in Germany, specifically at the Excellence Center in Europe, will provide you with the following: 

A daily breakfast at the Center.

The center organizes a daily breakfast that starts at 9:30 am, where all volunteers and interns join together before they start their volunteer work. Participants can also prepare a traditional breakfast from their home country. 

Three hours of Arabic or German classes per week.  

Volunteers get also three hours of either Arabic or German. Arabic includes either Modern-standard Arabic or Shami Arabic including Syrian or Palestinian dialects. These lessons will be taught by one of our teachers at the center. 

Staying with a local host family or in a shared room in the city of Halle.  

Our female volunteers stay with a host family in the city of Halle where they experience the daily habits of the family. Our male volunteers stay in a shared room in the city of Halle.
