Although Summer is usually a time for holiday travel, it can also be a perfect time to study and volunteer in Germany in order to help others who need assistance. The Excellence Center in Europe, Halle, Germany, offers volunteer and internship Opportunities in Germany for Summer 2019 programs to provide this much-needed assistance.
How long can I volunteer or intern in Germany?
The Excellence Center volunteer programs are geared to meet the needs of your schedule. You choose when to volunteer, designating your start and end dates for your particular program. An internship can last anywhere from one to three months in length. You decide. Applications to programs can also be made at any time of the year.
Who is eligible to participate in volunteer or internship programs?

An academic degree is not a “must requirement”; the Excellence Center strives to make use of all abilities. Although the Excellence Center will accept internationals who are 17 or 18 years old, applicants must check their countries’ laws for parental consent in international travel and volunteering.
Do I need to be a German or Arabic speaker before participating?
No prior knowledge of Arabic or German is required in order to volunteer at the Excellence Center. The only language requirement is that you are a fluent English speaker, reader, and writer.
How do I apply for a volunteer or internship programs?
All you need to do is to send an email to info@eceurope.org Please type “Volunteer in Germany” in the subject line. In the body of the email tell us of your interest, ask any questions you may have, and request an application form. The Center’s staff will be in contact with you shortly.
