Origins and Mission

Founded in June 2011 in Hebron, Palestine, the Excellence Center began as a grassroots initiative to provide educational, cultural, social, and community development services to both local residents and international learners. It was created to connect Palestinian communities with the wider world through immersive programs and meaningful engagement opportunities.

The Excellence Center Palestine (مَرْكَزُ اَلتَّمَيُّزِ – Markaz Al Tamayoz) was established in 2011 by dedicated members of the local community to connect Palestine with the wider world. It is located in Hebron, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities and a place of deep historical and cultural significance.

Situated on Ein Sarah Street (Street 420), near Al Hussein Mosque, the Center is easily accessible to both local residents and international visitors.
