Internship Lasts Minimum One-Month

One month is considered to be enough time for an intern to do the following:

  • Get to know the city of Halle and understand the nature of life in the city
  • Get a good connection with a host family where you can learn better about the daily life, traditions, and culture of refugees and migrant family
  • Gain valuable experience at the center through meeting people and sharing your experience and skills with other people
  • Receive 12 hours of either Arabic or German lessons taught by the center’s qualified teachers. One month of learning a language will build and improve your language skills.   
  • The international student has the opportunity to travel to Germany each weekend, including nearby cities such as Leipzig, Dresden, Frankfurt, and Berlin. A 4 ½-hour drive can also take you to the Czech Republic.

With a team from all around the world, the Excellence Center in Europe is rife with students throughout May, June, July, and August, making it the perfect time to Intern after graduation.
