The program includes a variety of options to suit different needs and schedules: the Intensive Egyptian Arabic Online Program for rapid and immersive learning, Egyptian Arabic Online Courses for Kids designed to be fun and engaging for younger learners, and non-intensive private lessons for those seeking a more flexible pace.

Free Arabic Lessons Online?
The Excellence Center offers prospective students the opportunity to enroll in one free online Egyptian Arabic language course.
The reason for this is that potential students can experience what it’s like to be fully enrolled in an Arabic language course without making a time or financial commitment. If they find the offered language courses agreeable, students can feel free to then enroll in the full online Arabic program.
Who Speaks Egyptian Arabic?
Egyptian Arabic is the first language of over 100 million Egyptians. Egypt is the most populous country in the Arab world, and so its Arabic is the most widely spoken Arabic dialect.
Egyptian Arabic is understood by almost all of the 300+ million Arabic speakers in the world, thanks to the Egyptian cinema and media industry. It is spoken primarily in Egypt, but is listened to across many countries.
How is it Different from Modern Standard Arabic (Classical Arabic)?
Modern Standard Arabic is the standard literary Arabic that is written and read in every Arabic-speaking country. It is based on and similar to Classical Arabic, which is the Arabic of the Qur’an (the holy book of Islam) and early Islamic texts.
Egyptian Arabic has many similar features to Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). It has also been influenced by a number of other languages, including Coptic (the language of pre-Islamic Egypt, which is now mostly used in Coptic Christian religious contexts), Turkish (Egypt was a part of the Ottoman Empire for 500 years), French, and, more recently, English.
One-to-One Egyptian Arabic Lessons
The Excellence Center, spoken Egyptian Arabic language courses are offered as one-to-one sessions (Individual courses). This means that courses will consist of only one student and one Arabic teacher.
The one-to-one methodology allows students to fully immerse themselves in their online language course. Further, students will have a qualified Arabic teacher present to instruct, guide, and answer any questions they may have.
Study Egyptian Arabic Online In A Group
We also offer online spoken Egyptian Arabic courses that are also offered in classes of up to 3 students. This option is available for students who would like to learn in a group setting.
Group learning carries additional benefits such as group projects, the chance to interact with students from different cultures, and the opportunity to make new friends!
What Levels Of Egyptian Arabic Are Available?
Study Egyptian Arabic Online courses are available at all levels, from the Starter Level right through to the Advanced Level:

3. Egyptian Arabic Intermediate Course

The course achieves this goal by focusing on interactive conversations with native Arabic speakers. In addition to enhancing conversational abilities, students will continue to develop their reading, writing, and listening skills.
4. Egyptian Arabic Advanced Course
Individuals with an exceptionally strong command of Egyptian Arabic, including those who have successfully completed the preceding three online courses, will find significant value in the Advanced Level course. This online Egyptian Arabic course is dedicated to attaining fluency in Arabic.

Students are able to choose anywhere from 10 to 100 hours of colloquial Egyptian Arabic courses or any other spoken Arabic dialect on offer, with each class’s duration spanning 90 minutes. The choice of time and date of courses is up to the discretion of students and their teacher.

Once enrolled, all of the students’ essential learning materials will be provided by the center, such as online learning books, media access, and other course necessities.
