To be a volunteer in Germany, you have to be at least 18 years old but those who are 15-17 can also apply but after a consent letter written by their parents which is allow them to travel to Germany and volunteer.

Do I need a visa to come to Germany?

If you are a citizen of one of the countries in the European Union, then you don’t need any visa to enter Germany. If you are a citizen of countries that can get visa-free to Germany like Ukraine then also you don’t need a visa and you can stay up to three months.
