Volunteering in Germany

What You Need to Know Before volunteering in Germany :Not only does Germany boast important tourism and economic status, Germany is also important to activists and researchers who seek avenues of assistance to help refugees from numerous countries who have fled to Germany. These people seek to share their experience, talents, and skills to aid refugees who desperately need educational and employment assistance.

In the past five years large numbers of refugees have fled to Germany through Greece, and the coastal border of Italy in search of a safe haven. They found that safe haven in Germany. They now face challenges in adapting to their new home country and culture, acquiring a new language, and rebuilding their lives for a successful future – for themselves and their new country.

If you are looking for a volunteer opportunity to help refugees in Germany, particularly Syrian refugees, integrate and learn skills that will assist them in addressing daily challenges and competing in the employment market, then apply to the Excellence Center in Europe in Halle (Halle/Salle), Germany.  You can volunteer to teach children or adult refugees important skills. For example, you can hold workshops to teach language skills, computer skills, art, music, academic writing, human development, legal writing, to name just a few.
