Move to Germany Program is divided into three programs. You can choose one, two, or all three of the programs: Study in Germany; Start a Business in Germany; Find Employment in Germany.
First: Study in Germany
Many students worldwide aspire to study in Germany because German universities are renowned for excellent academic reputation. Move to Germany assists you in understanding how to apply for an educational program in Germany, how to complete university application forms, and how to achieve university acceptance.
Second: Start a Business in Germany
Move to Germany assists investors or owners of foreign companies, as well as entrepreneurs to identify the procedures for the establishment of a profitable project in Germany. We assist you in learning how to write a business plan, and how to submit required business proposals to the appropriate authorities in order to obtain government approval.
Third: Find Employment in Germany
Many individuals are qualified to work in Germany, and there are many unique job opportunities throughout Germany for those qualified individuals, particularly in large German cities, such as Munich, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Hanover, to name a few. Move to Germany will help you learn how to access these opportunities using the most prominent German media resources. Besides teaching you how to acquire a work permit for employment, this program will teach you how to apply for employment opportunities with good salaries.
What does this program include?
First: Study in Germany
– Learn how to apply to German universities.
– Learn how to complete application forms for study at a German university.
– Learn living costs for your time in Germany, including housing costs, costs for daily living, as well as the possibility of job opportunities during your study time.
Second: Start a Business in Germany
– Learn how to write a German business plan.
– Learn how to establish your business in Germany.
– Learn German regulations and procedures for setting up your business.
Third: Find Employment in Germany
– Learn the procedure and regulations for obtaining work permits in Germany.
– Learn how to complete application forms for employment.
– Learn how to identify employment opportunities using German media resources.
What are the other benefits of the program?
- You will learn
German culture andlife style by living it. - You will receive German or Arabic language instruction (your choice) for three hours per week by one of our teachers.
- You will participate in social and community activities that are organized by the Center.
- You will live with a host family or in a shared room in Halle, Germany so that you are immersed in culture and customs.
- Some meals are provided (Breakfast)
Is there a deadline to apply and how long can I join a program?
Move to Germany has no deadline which means that you can apply to the program year-round. Importantly, you choose your program start and end dates to fit your schedule. Each program facet, 1, 2, or 3, runs two to four weeks in length. You are welcome to participate in all three facets of the Move to Germany program.
Program Fees (Euro):
Each facet of the Move to Germany Program (two weeks) costs 600 Euro. This fee includes pre-departure support, accommodations for the length of your program, some meals, sightseeing in the city of Halle, and full coordination while doing the program in Germany.
Who can apply to the program?
Move to Germany program is open to all applicants between the ages of 18 to 75 years old. All nationalities, employment and academic backgrounds are welcome to apply. No academic degree is required.
Which Airport Should I fly to?
The easiest way to get to the Excellence Center in Germany is to fly to Leipzig/Halle Airport. It takes about 25 minutes from the airport to the Center via train.
If you are coming from one of the Berlin airports, there are two ways to travel to the Center. First, you may travel to Halle and the Center by a bus operated by companies such as FlixBus or Meinfernbus. The bus ride takes about two hours. Your second choice is to come by train from the Berlin-Central station; the train ride takes about one and a half hours.
Do I have to obtain a visa to Germany?
If you are coming from a European country that signed the Schengen agreement, then you don’t need a visa to Germany. For those who come from countries which are part of the visa free program, then you are allowed to stay in Germany for up to three months.
If you need a visa to Germany, then you need to apply for a Schengen visa. This visa will allow you to enter and stay in Germany for a maximum period of 3 months (90 days). Having this visa doesn’t means that you are allowed to get a job (not even as a freelancer) for the time being.
